Opportunity:  Seeking strong sales leaders who understand the intricacies of selling relationship and services –the product is the company and the value they bring, not cheap financing.  Take charge of a mature team of sales professionals and facilitate this company’s next stage of growth by replicating its successful model throughout the region.  You will be targeting private fleets of less than 300 units, establishing long term relationships with companies who value the consultative problem solving my client brings to their day operations.  Providing financing, maintenance/parts/servicing, fleet management technology, general equipment financing and more.

About the Company:  This self-funded independent has held its own paper since its founding 40 years ago.  They are “old fashioned” in that they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it and cultivate relationships that last decades.  But they stay relevant by rolling out best in class service and technological tools to their customers, staying on the cutting edge of the fleet management world to make sure they can compete with the big boys and OEM captives.
