Opportunity: This independent Monitor 25 generalist has grown aggressively since its founding in the early 2010s and is famous for developing their talent and promoting from within. They also pride themself on having a record 50%+ of their business coming from repeat customers–refusing to engage in the grey areas of equipment leasing endemic to certain shops.
This newly created role will be to help continue that growth. Inherent a team of mature, established sales people with an immediate mandate to grow volume through increased production with existing customers and partners while hiring, training, and developing new hires. Bring new insight into this established company to help as they continue to improve their systems and their approach to market.
