VP Financial Operations
Location: Southern California
Serving as a member of the executive management team, the goal of this position is to secure the business’s functionality to drive extensive and sustainable growth, financial strength, and operating efficiency. This role is a blend between strategy, operational excellence, and oversight of essential metrics. This role will be responsible for financial operations that encompasses lease administration, vendor management, lease servicing and treasury and trust operations.
In addition, management priorities for the VPFO include process documentation, employee training and coaching, measuring employee performance, creating efficiencies, improving customer service for end-users, vendors, lenders.

This newly created role will be to help continue that growth. Inherent a team of mature, established sales people with an immediate mandate to grow volume through increased production with existing customers and partners while hiring, training, and developing new hires. Use your expertise in an equipment vertical(s) to develop a book of repeat business. They win business by doing what the big banks can’t–not buy beating a competitor by 25bps. They will fund business from 15k to the millions.
