SVP Asset Management

Opportunity:  This is an opportunity to assume the reins of the asset management department for an established and growing independent leasing company.  Primarily focused on IT though increasingly generalist, you will be part of the leadership team helping this company grow.  Support sales efforts in new and existing verticals, setting residuals, assisting in pricing, and underpinning every departments success.  Actively manage the portfolio, supporting customers through mid-cycle upgrades or end of term returns or renewals.  They pride themselves on the great many of repeat clients and so this is not about being maximally extractive but ethically profitable.  Finally, you’ll manage remarketing and asset disposition.

This is not just about the day to day, however.  Build a corporate infrastructure in the asset management department and actively train, mentor and develop existing and future staff.  This company is scaling, and needs a portfolio management and asset management group to match.
