Opportunity:  This growing independent needs a proactive contributor to assume ownership of the portfolio.   Primarily focused on IT though increasingly generalist, you will be responsible for all facets of portfolio management from portfolio forecasting, setting residuals, tracking market pricing, coordinating with sales and other departments, and providing clarity about the health and direction of the portfolio.  Support sales efforts in new and existing verticals, setting residuals, assisting in pricing, and underpinning every departments success.  Actively manage the portfolio, supporting customers through mid-cycle upgrades or end of term returns or renewals.  This company prides itself on how many of their clients have been with them for years: this is not about being maximally extractive but ethically profitable.
