Their long-term head of accounting is retiring and they’re looking to bring in the next generation of leadership. As with most smaller organizations, those with an entrepreneurial spirit will thrive. You will be expected to wear many hats (as everyone does), while supervising outside vendors and service providers, managing the GL and all accounting functions, and coordinate with the Head of Operations to execute funding.
